I can't say enough positive things about Shelly Passero-Yerdon. She listened and was always mindful of what I was looking for in a home. With each house we visited, Shelly skillfully guided the tour to reflect my needs. When the right house was finally found, Shelly made the process run smoothly, and gave advice to ensure the offer would be accepted. She also recommended the perfect inspector, so I could approach home-buying with confidence. As the closing date approached and there were some delays and hiccups (not related to Shelly's duties), she took swift action to ensure that I could occupy my new home in a timely manner. Shelly is extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. I highly recommend Shelly Passero-Yerdon. She'll get the job done, and done right!

Shelley was an utter joy to work with! As first time home buyers with very unique tastes in what we were looking for, she went out of her way to get us into the properties we were looking to see. She was always available to give advice, help quell concerns, and keep us informed. Shelley also gave us great recommendations for a lawyer and inspection company which made the process so much easier. Shelly was excellent at helping us with a very difficult home purchase. She kept us informed, stayed positive, didn't give up and best of all her negotiation skills and advice got us the home we are thrilled to have.

This was my first time buying a home which means I had little to no knowledge of anything I was doing and finding Shelley made things feel so real. She would never leave me in the dark when things were happening always used it as a learning experience for me and I couldn’t be more happy with her work she made having a home feel more amazing than it already is I couldn’t have imagined working with someone other than her.
